Birth preparation

How could it be?

It is important
... that you yourself are aware of what happens in your body during pregnancy and birth. Knowing the facts gives you security and influences your feelings. The Internet provides countless information. They often do not provide the desired orientation. There is no substitute for personal contact, exchange of experiences and the opportunity to ask your own questions. Midwives know the natural processes. They make their knowledge and experience available to you and take time for you.

... to be in connection with your baby. As we know today, unborn children are very sociable. Your baby participates vividly in his environment. It is good for him if you spend time with him in your thoughts, talk to him and include him in your life.

... that people you trust accompany you. Experienced midwives can support you sensitively with their professional competence. If you can't find a midwife, it's even more important to have people you feel close to: your partner, a good friend, a family member or a doula. Feel free to listen to what you need from whom and talk about it. In recent years, women increasingly report good experiences with methods that have given them additional security.

E.g. attachment analysis, birth preparation with mindfulness (1) (Nancy Bardacke), GfG Birth Preparation® (2) , haptonomy, hypnobirthing (Mary F. Mongan).
